| Robin Hood's Bay is a picturesque old fishing village situated about five miles from Whitby. Located in a small bay the village is made up of tiny cottages with a few small pubs and hotels. The village that is known locally as "Bay" is made up of narrow streets and alleyways that descend steeply towards the sea. | |||

| Goathland: Situated close to the resort of Whitby are the North Yorkshire Moors. Among the moors is the village of Goathland, which has achieved unexpected popularity having been used for the setting for the popular T.V. drama "Heartbeat". Set in a fictional village known as Aidensfield the two photos show and the local garage and the railway station. | |||
